Christmas is a time to be merry and Camalig Bank, Camalig Bank Foundation and sacred Heart Clinic had fun celebrating this year’s Christmas Party that was held at Concourse Convention Center, Legazpi City last December 9, 2017. The motif of the said event was Bohemian/Coachella with an official theme “Expressing own styles, celebrating in this world of divergence.”

This year, another set of employees were awarded based on their significant achievements and contributions to Camalig Bank and was presented by Camalig Bank’s Chairman/President, Jose Misael B. Moraleda.

There is no doubt that employees are the most valued asset of any organization and the ones responsible for its continued success. At Camalig Bank we value the dedication and loyalty of Annelyn S. Amor - Branch Manager (BO), Josephine V. Dino - Risk Management Department Head and Jai Brahm A. Peralta - Senior Appraiser for 10 years of continuous service and to Lhea R. Adra - Branch Manager (HO), Rosemarie O. Dado - Internal Audit Department Head, Majel Joy B. Oriarte - Cashier and Maria Jesusa M. Tria - Accounting supervisor for 15 years of continuous service.

Employee of the year for Cash
In 2013, she was a Teller at Camalig Bank and was nominated and passed the STP, also become a supervisor in February 2016.

SHIELA M. SESNO (Iriga City Office)
Employee of the year for Accounting
Her first assignment was at Iriga City Office as a Bookkeeper. She also completed the STP and was promoted to supervisor in January 2017.

JOANNE BEDA T. AGUILAR (Iriga City Office)
Employee of the year for Marketing
In March 2012 she joined Camalig Bank as Micro Finance Accounting Officer and presently assigned as Relationship Officer at Iriga City Office. She was a member of STP batch 14 and promoted at supervisor in 2015.

CO Best Engaged Employee
He started as Central Clearing Assistant under the Finance Department at Camalig Bank who has a soft and kind heart as shown by his voluntary contribution to the victims of Typhoon Yolanda of his winnings from the Biggest Loser Challenge.

KATHLEN T. MUÑOZ (BM - San Andres Office)
Manager of the Year
The lady who is always “on the go” pursuing her clients even if it means “crossing rivers and climbing mountains”. That is how aggressive KTM is in meeting her budget.

Officer of the Year
She started her banking career in 2007. She was a Teller at Irosin Office. She passed the STP in 2008 and cross-trained in Marketing Unit. She was assigned as OIC-BM in 2011 and eventually its fully-fledged Branch Manager.
