Branch Manager


Position Overview

Branch Manager is responsible for the over-all supervision and administration of the branch in accordance with the Bank and Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas rules and regulation

Key Responsibilities

  • See to it that branch plans and targets are effectively pursued
  • Maintain a good branch organization set-up and coordinate the functions of the different units in the branch
  • Ensure that the established bank policies and procedures as well as statutory and regulatory provisions are observed and that internal control measures are adequate
  • Review daily movements of branch account
  • Approve or disapprove transactions within the authorized functions or services of the office
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned or required of the job

Required Technical Skills and Experience

  • Preferably a holder of a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any related business course
  • At least 3 years supervisory experience in branch banking operations or similar role
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Willing to be assigned to different Camalig Bank Branches
