Annual Premium - Php325.00 (equivalent to Php0.89/day)

Each member can avail a maximum of 8 units

Payment Method - One time

Coverage - Total of 5 lives are protected (Principal and up to 4 members of the immediate family)

ELIGIBLE AGE:

Principal: 18-70 years old

Spouse/Parents: 18-70 years old

Child/Sibling: 1 day to 21 years old

No age limit for mentally challenged child/sibling
