Step 1: Present one Valid ID

Step 2: Answer the questions asked by the bank representative for regulatory compliance purposes

Step 3: Hand over the amount to be sent and the corresponding service fee

Step 4: Get the transaction receipt and the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN)
